At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or store credit. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 90% of the original fragrance volume.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your return package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the fragrance bottles in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
